Enrique Rodriguez

was appointed Executive Vice President, Multimedia Products in July 1999, with worldwide responsibility for Thomson multimedia's digital multimedia business. This entity has been renamed Broadband Access Products in July 2001 and is now part of the Consumer Products Marketing and Sales entity.

From January 1998 to July 1999, Mr. Rodriguez was Vice President of Thomson's worldwide Research and Development group for the Multimedia and Services. From March 1997 to January 1998, he was General Manager of the Indianapolis and Rennes Research Centers. Prior to 1997, he held various technology-related positions since joining Thomson multimedia in 1982. Mr. Rodriguez received his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from Instituto Technologico de Monterrey, Mexico.
